Why have a WHY?

“Great leaders are those who trust their gut. They are those who understand the art before the science. They win hearts before minds. They are the ones who start with WHY.”

― Simon Sinek

Edupreneurs look for ways to make a greater impact in their schools. Where there is an obstacle, they see solutions. Where there is inefficiency, they see creative ways to streamline. What keeps them going is having a strong WHY as a point of connection to a greater purpose.

Here are a few questions to help you uncover yours:

  • What contribution would I like to make in this world?

  • When I leave this world, what positive change has happened because of me?

  • What is most inspiring to me about my work?

Your WHY gets you out of bed and in front of your students. Your WHY inspires you to find solutions where others see problems. Your WHY creates your unrelenting commitment to bettering education.

So, what’s your WHY?
