You’ve been with us for at least a year now learning and growing to create a comprehensive, sustainable, positive school culture! This is the year we take the foundational elements from your school community identified core values & common language and kick it into high gear infusing them into every detail of a “this is who we are and this is how we do things here” mentality.
This new virtual experience is all about growing beyond the walls of your current school community and getting everyone excited for this next level of how unified you can be together, leveraging the power of this School Culture Circle 201 community to know you’re not alone in your belief that you can create the school culture and conscious community that you’ve always dreamed of.
We will dive into the frameworks of comprehensive culture sustainability for you to take the wisdom and learnings back to the rest of your staff. We will meet as a select group of 25 educators, from a variety of school communities, who are united in their passion for making the difference you were born to make in this lifetime.
We look forward to welcoming you into this incredibly inspiring community to learn and grow beyond what you dreamed possible in this new world of education!

This circle is right for you if:
You have worked with Got Core Values and Sandi Herrera to create your school wide core values or have a solid set of values that were created through consensus of your community!
You have taken your Talent Dynamics assessment and understand the basic principles!
You are ready to think bigger about your school community!

Commitment:
Each member of School Culture Circle 201 will be responsible for modeling strategies learned from our virtual workshops; building positive relationships with school and community members by implementing strategies and skills from workshops; living the shared vision which incorporates your schools core values; and leading the way to inspire a working culture in which members practice generous assumptions of each other, praise accomplishments and positive behaviors through peer to peer accountability and developing trust throughout the community.
